Google Ads management

Search, Shopping and Performance Max, run by the person you spoke to.

A fixed monthly fee for one specialist on your account, working to a target we agree up front. No account managers in between, no percentage of spend, and no changes you don't understand.

What's included

  • Conversion tracking, fixed firstSmart Bidding learns from whatever you tell it is a conversion. If that's wrong, everything downstream is wrong. Week one is making sure the numbers are real.
  • Search campaignsStructured around how people actually search for what you sell, with negatives maintained every week so budget stops leaking to the wrong queries.
  • Shopping and Performance MaxFeed titles that match search behaviour, listing groups that separate margin from volume, and brand kept out of PMax so it isn't paid for twice.
  • Bidding to your targetTarget CPA or ROAS set from your margins, not Google's suggestion, and revisited monthly as the data settles.
  • Testing that gets readAd copy, assets and landing pages tested one variable at a time, with results you'll hear about rather than a change log you won't.
  • Reporting you'll understandOne monthly report in plain English: what happened, why, what's next. Numbers you can take to whoever you answer to.

Who it's for

Businesses spending £3k–£15k a month who want a specialist on the account rather than a team of generalists, and who'd rather understand their spend than tolerate it. Ecommerce and lead generation both.

How the fee works

A fixed monthly fee, agreed after the audit once we both know what the account needs. It doesn't rise with your budget, so I've no incentive to recommend spending more. The £495 audit fee is credited against your first month.

Microsoft Ads

Usually worth adding once Google is working. See how it fits alongside.

How it starts

Every retainer begins with the audit, for a simple reason: neither of us should commit to a monthly fee before we know what's actually wrong.

Audit

£495 + VAT, five working days, read-only access. You get the scored sheet, the wasted-spend figure, the 90-day plan and a walkthrough call.

Proposal

If the plan needs more than you can do in-house, I'll propose a fixed fee to deliver it. You take it or you don't; the plan is yours either way.

First 90 days

Tracking fixed in the first fortnight, structure by day 30, growth from day 60. The audit fee comes off month one.

Start with the audit. Keep the plan either way.
